I' am consistently impressed with the services provided by this Aldrin B at Bartlett lake apartments the property manager. From the outset, his professionalism and attention to detail have been remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of unit I was looking to move into was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. His communication is excellent; he kept me informed about all important matters, responding promptly to any inquiries. Furthermore, his active approach to me the new tenant relations has not only preserved but enhanced the value of my experience. I highly recommend his service to anyone seeking a trustworthy and effective property manager.

Place is in real need of cameras. Packages stolen, weed stench everywhere, and every weekend people just blast music outside. Every time I submitted a complained I would receive no response back. It Got to the point where I had to call the cops since the management doesn't like to respond. The security team also doesn't do anything but just drive around. Edit: I submitted yet another complaint about the same neighbors (Apt 103), to which I received no response back yet again. The online portal doesn't allow you to attach things like photos/videos so I said in my message to email me so that I can attach them, but since I haven't been given an answer back I decided to just post it here (since I actually got a response). The management team here (Tyrone and Juan) and the maintenance staff (Mario and Juan) are all fantastic! Tyrone and Juan helped me sign my lease and got me moved in within a week! They were both professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and followed up with me after each step of the process. The place looks great, and the bathrooms were recently resurfaced. I felt like they really rolled out the red carpet for me, and I would highly recommend renting here if you are seeking residence in the area.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, THERES MICE 🐁, ROACHES 🪳 AND BED BUGS! Mice poop everywhere! This is in building 562, the office will give you mouse traps and have “pest control” check it out but it won’t go away! The walls are made out of paper, you can hear people fighting, people blasting music, so disrespectful! cops come all the time , people steal your packages, there’s 8-10 people living in some units when only 2 are on the lease, how is this allowed??? just UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Rent is high!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Only 1 car sticker per lease apartment! You have to pay $40 dollars for another sticker !!! Office is always closed 0/10 TRASH 🗑️

Excellent service from the staff, Aldrin and Juan helped resolve our questions, providing great attention and friendliness. We would need someone like Aldrin in the administrative area to assist us with the administrative procedures at Lakes Apartments.
