I was especially impressed with the initial listing—he did a fantastic job generating attention and interest right away, resulting in an amazing offer. His expertise made everything smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Barry to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate professional.

Long overdue post on my part, but nonetheless Barry is a fantastic Realtor. My wife and myself moved to Vancouver from the Southeast in July of 2022 and waited close to a year to purchase a home. We contacted Barry at least 6 months prior to purchasing, but Barry was always there to answer any questions or to view a home. Barry was honest and has a good grasp on the marketplace to help understand his clients needs. If we had any family in the the area or when we possibly need another Realtor in the future, Barry is our go to guy. We could tell Barry truly cared and at the end of the day, that's what mattered most to us.

I don't typically write reviews, but Barry is deserving of all five of these stars. For me, Trust is my #1 priority when finding the right agent and Barry has mine. As an out-of-town buyer, it was comforting to know that Barry had our back the whole time. He's knowledgeable, informative, and even educational. I learned something new with each house we toured. Barry is also incredibly thoughtful and responsive. He will do what's needed to make sure you know you have a partner throughout the whole home-buying process. Our family couldn't be happier with the level of service and care that Barry delivered.

Working with Barry was like working with a really good friend. He took the time to get to know me and my husband and to fully understand what it was we were looking for in a home. He made us feel like we were his only clients! The minute we expressed interest in a house he would find us a time to tour it. He has incredible patience, personability, and professionalism. My husband and I knew very quickly he was the trustworthy agent we were looking for! I cannot recommend him enough!
