Barry Place Apartments

It has now been 4 months of being woken up by drills and hammers consistently through the week starting 8 am. I called the landlord and they suggest I sleep earlier, Yeah, I love paying rent for you to dictate my sleep schedule. You suggest I move into one of your different apartments because you can't hire competent contractors to do renovations. No, I have a job that I need sleep for and I do not have time to move because you can't hire legal workers. This was a fine place to live, but expecting non discounted rent from discounted living quality is crazy. How can you expect someone not to be upset when you have such a negative impact on their life for over a quarter of the year? I regret resigning a lease. The apartment itself and location are alright, but there's so only so many time

I lived here for 4 years. Place to Be and Struga owned it before. The newest management is by far the best. They actually fix things quickly and keep up with the outside maintenance. Very friendly over all. The apartment is spacious and located in a convenient part of town. The price is pretty fair when compared to Denton’s outrageous prices. Would recommend

Very clean and updated unit. My unit has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets. The management and maintenance are very responsive with any issues or complaints that you may come across.
