Barrington Square Apartments

Been here almost a year, property is nicely kept up and clean. The management staff, Heather and Delaney are wonderful! They answer the questions, and solve the problems, that is good management. Being older, we feel very comfortable in the complex. The maintenance guys are really good, friendly, and respond in a timely fashion. All in all, we feel safe, and comfortable in our apartment. FYI, nice little patios, and good play areas for the kids!

I've been at Barrington for 5, almost 6 years. Overall I have been pleased with my experience. There have been approximately 3 managers between Patience (manager when I moved in) and Heather. I was concerned about Heather when she 1st came because the actual manager prior was not great at managing the property or the tenants. So Heather came into somewhat of a mess. I have not had any issues with Heather, Delaney or previously Taylor. They are always polite when I have an issue and they communicate well with me and my husband. They enjoy planning lots of activities for the residents throughout the year which is a very nice thing to do because they are not obligated to do that. As for parking, parking out here has always been a pain... which is why I rented a carport as it was just easier t

The maintenance guy Josue is really good, friendly, and responds in a timely fashion. He is a true professional and knows what he is doing unlike the new guy they hired who doesn’t know how to fix things at all and stares at you blankly when you ask a simple question even google can answer. I hope they get another good professional guy soon or else there might be more issues with the apartments maintenance because one guy can’t do it all. It is a lovely place to live and the leasing office people are lovely & understanding. They work on issues diligently everyday and I am grateful to have them in the leasing office team.

Me and my husband moved in 5 years ago and we love our townhome. We enjoy sitting on our patio in the evening time we are able to grill and watch a movie with our personal movie projector 🩷, the office manager is awesome. She always creating new ideas for our community to get to know our neighbors. All of the townhome has very nice appliances Great place to live. 💕

Horrible place to live! The manager, Heather, who runs the office, is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to communicate properly with residents. The air conditioning units haven’t worked in over a year, and nothing has been done to fix them. The one maintenance worker is overworked and rarely completes work orders on time — it usually takes months before anything gets done.
