Barrington Place at Winter Haven

Barrington Place Apartment Homes is an excellent place to live! The property is beautiful and very quiet. The apartment is very nice and spacious. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond to provide excellent service to residents. I'm very happy I live at Barrington Place. It is very pet friendly. Has a beautiful pool and dog park.

My husband and I lived in Barrington for about 2 and a half years. We have no complains about the apartment or outside area. George, the maintenance guy was very nice and always walking to help. Diane was a great manager and helped us a lot while we were there and during the process to leave. We just left for job relocation. I absolutely recommend this place.

I relocated from out of town and it was very stressful but I leased sight unseen. Diane was professional, nice and help to make the transition smooth. I am in the industry and I know the business can be hectic but Diane made sure to follow up and make sure moving was as stress free as possible. The maintenance man Jorge is also the best, whenever I have needed anything he has helped. I love the location close to everything. The pool is also nice. I love my cute apartment, it was clean and top notch when I moved in. Thanks to the staff for all they do!!!!

Decent apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores are in close proximity. It is a quiet area for the most part, but the walls are pretty thin and we can easily hear our upstairs neighbors. The units are fairly small though compared to other apts I have lived in as they do seem a little overpriced compared to bigger apartments in area for the amount of square footage. Most of the apartments have been upgraded which is a plus with newer appliances so I guess that is the reason for the price hike on them. Parking is good as everyone is assigned one space but there is plenty of parking behind them. Some things they need to work on is maintenance...most of the time it can take 1 to 2 weeks for them to fix anything and when they do come, there is no notice beforehand...please let y

Safety is a huge concern. After 11 cars being broken into in 7 months, they still won’t hire additional security or install cameras like most high end apartments do. If you’re going to claim to be high end, you need to act the part. I’ve also had three incidences here where I’ve needed maintenance to come check out appliances. All three times they’ve had to come back multiple times because it wasn’t fixed properly. Most times they had to call a professional to fix the issue. No harm against the maintenance man there, he’s a very nice man. But don’t expect much even though you’re paying over $1000. The only thing they’ve upgraded are the appliances. And even still, they aren’t reliable. They’re owned by the same people who manage Briarcrest. So if you’ve rented there and were disappointed,
