Barrington Apartments

Rebecca, the property manager is very unprofessional very rude. She does not know how to do her job as she tries tor rent to two people at the same time. Was told to put the electricity in my name, I turned off the electric at my current apartment just for her to tell me the next day that she rented out the place and a bunch of excuses. I have all the text messages of the unprofessionalism. I have yet to have somebody from Barrington residential get back to me. I know Kayla Holbrook is the senior supervisor person above. Rebecca and I have yet to receive a phone call back from them whatsoever. Please do not rent here. I dodged a bullet because I heard it’s terrible management and they charge way too much for the places that they have. Stay away

Great place to live and work!! I've lived here for the last 4 years with my teenage kids. I've worked here for the last 7 months. It's a wonderful property to live. Jude is an amazing property manager and will always go above and beyond for anyone! I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to live!

I moved in here almost 4 years ago and have never had any issues with mold, dirtiness and all the other negative reviews that I have seen. Jude and Joe have gone above and beyond to make sure everybody has a clean and safe environment. They always help me when it's not even part of their job. They have always taken the time to speak to people and are very courteous and professional. They don't treat you like a tenant they treat you like family. If there's negative reviews about them it's because they can't have their cake and eat it too.

I want to start off by saying Jude is the most amazing human on this planet!! He goes above and beyond to help his tenants in any way he can!! 3 years ago my parents moved into there. My dad was disabled and on oxygen, before my parents even moved in there Jude went into the apartment and made the bathroom handicap accessible for my dad. Jude is as tall as my dad is and sat in the tub and but grab bars up where my dad could reach them and safely get out. Jude then sat on the toilet and did the same thing. He didn't have to do that but wanted to make sure he was safe. After my dad passed away Jude and his wife came to the funeral home to pay their respects. What property manager does that?? After my dad passed Jude conuties to check on my mom to make sure she is ok during the day. Both Joe

Never a problem in 5 years. Rent does go up sometimes but not at every renewal. Jude has been great whenever I have called always courteous and right on what ever issue I have. Been very happy only complaint is you can't choose who lives above you. But that is a chance you take when your on the bottom floor. I recommend Barrington apartments.
