Barrett Walk Apartments

Literally been loving my apartment. I been here for a year now, and just renewed the lease last month. I have no complaints what so ever, great area, well maintain complex, very fast maintenance, great staff and great neighbors. Also the complex always have little get together for the residents. Very much satisfied with the decision of moving here a year ago.

It has been such a breath of fresh air to live in a well maintained and wonderfully managed apartment complex! From signing our lease while living in a different state to moving in, Kayla has been amazingly kind and helpful as a leasing agent. There were a few issues with appliances upon move in but they were immediately addressed by the wonderful maintenance crew. Overall, the complex is clean and quiet. We can hear both upstairs and downstairs neighbors but only during busy times of the day. As a dog owner, it was a bit odd that there are no sidewalks to walk in the apartment complex, but if you leave it there is plenty of other options in the immediate area.

My partner & I just moved into Barrett Walk, and we have loved it so far. Our leasing agent (Kayla) was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire application process which made applying & moving in a total breeze. The apartment itself is spacious, well-insulated (so no loud neighbors!), and super clean. Finally, the maintenance men (shout-out to Mufasa & Carlos) have been so very kind in helping us get settled in! I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better team of people or a better apartment to live in — it’s a great location, great amenities, great apartments, and great people. We’re so grateful to everyone and very glad to call Barrett Walk our new home!!

Do not rent here!!! read your contract before anything. once you sign they got you. You get forced to pay for internet and cable even if you don't want it! Office management is terrible and retaliatory. Corporate management is no help whatsoever and retaliatory and threaten to call the police on every complaint you have. Maintenance staff are not certified in water or mold damage and performed water restoration to my unit and didn't even know how to set up a air mover properly. Maintenance likes to cuss at and threaten tenants and management don't care.

Kayla was super helpful and made moving into my apartment so much easier. She was really kind and made the whole process feel less stressful. I appreciated how patient and friendly she was the entire time!! Definitely made a big difference having her there to help.
