I sold my house in a seller's market, which should be an easy task for any half-decent realtor. Yet, Glenn of Barrett & Valley was completely out of his depth when he represented me as my seller's agent earlier this year. I don't think he would disagree with that statement, because he relied on the owner of Barrett & Valley (Jess) to help him complete the majority of his tasks. Luckily for me, Jess (who is more experienced and professional than Glenn) basically fully took over in the final few days of the sale; my outcome could've been much worse if that didn't happen. The areas in which Glenn severely lacked were: - Staging, photographing, and marketing a house (he struggles with basic things that a realtor in 2024 should easily be able to do, like uploading photos to MLS). - Writing a

Buying a house is a stressful and unpredictable experience. I had the pleasure of working with Thab, out of the Chester office from Barrett and Valley & he was wonderful! He was patient with me and took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor and would enjoy working with him again in the future if need be.

If you see Gale or her husband Bob as the selling agent RUN!! Absolutely horrible experience with these people.
