We weren't planning on selling . . . but, we found the perfect home just minutes from our grandchild and needed to get our house on the market ASAP. Susan and her team did a wonderful job, complete with a visual walk through tour (perfect for out of area buyers). Her knowledge of the Grafton market was spot-on, and we accepted a full-price offer very quickly. Susan kept everything on track throughout the whole process with great communication and follow through. She even helped me sweep rooms as we were moving boxes, just before the buyer's walk-through.
