Over charging rent for a two bedroom that they promised I could use the basement as a third bedroom. The basement leaks. The electrical outlets almost started a fire because they popped and sooted the wall. The air conditioner they promised works leaks and rots the floor (which caused the breaker to short out) can’t use that now. that they blamed on our upstairs air conditioner. I found out we were paying for our electric the day we were signing our lease and already put our down payments. They are horrible at salting the parking lots during the winter. They are jacking up everyone’s rent. Needless to say we won’t be signing our lease again for another year

Do yourself a huge favor and find a different place. Unless you want to have a landlord that squeezes all your money out of your bank account and then evict you. You may want to keep looking. They have always worked with ne when im behind on rent. So grateful for that!When i have an issue in my apartment they are pretty responsive to it. But, people keep piling stuff next to the dumpsters everytime they clear it, it's obnoxious at this point.
