Barkley Village Apartments

I’ve been living at Barkley village apartments for 9 years. It’s been a great place to live, I’ve really not had any problems, maintenance always gets repairs done quick. The management staff is great.

Calling Barkley Village Apartments home has been a truly enjoyable experience. I’ve lived here for many years and continue to be impressed by the quality of the community and the exceptional service provided by both the office and maintenance staff. The office team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, while the maintenance crew responds quickly and efficiently. Emergencies are handled immediately thanks to on-site staff, which brings great peace of mind. The area is peaceful, quiet, and feels very safe—perfect for anyone looking for a calm place to call home. One of my favorite features is the walking trail right at the edge of the complex. It’s not only scenic and relaxing, but also accessible for those with disabilities. The amenities truly make life here even better.

Very well taken care of property in the Valley! They even have indoor pool and gym for the residents! Plenty of parking as well!

Amazing staff. Apartment is very nice and up to date. Did not have one complaint my whole time staying here. Vsry friendly too and nice neighbors. 10 / 10 would definitely recommend!

Hands down best place I ever lived at. The team is one big family and go above and beyond for their residents. I would like to give a special thank you to Becky and Tim. My AC took a dump over the hottest week of the year and within an hour I got a portable unit. The maintenance supervisor Tim went above and beyond to get us AC and it was very appreciated. Becky is easy to talk with and handles all issues within a few hours. Very professional services and we as residents need these. I look forward to many years to come. Thank you, as always. If I could give 10/10 stars I would!
