Barcroft Apartments

Barcroft Has Gone Downhill Fast !!!! Since the new management took over, Barcroft Apartments has become a disaster. The parking lots are full of huge potholes that have been left for months with no repairs. My car was damaged because of them, and management clearly doesn’t care. Rent keeps going up every year, but nothing improves. Instead, things are getting worse. Poor maintenance, no communication, and total neglect of residents’ needs. If you care about your car, your money, or your peace of mind — avoid this place.

Barcroft was my first apartment 30 years ago. When we recently had a hardship, we met someone caring, sincere, and kind. He makes you feel supported and never lose hope. Yes, I met Fredy Mejia, Resource Manager! He is the best. His hard work also encourages me to participate in any events that happen in our community. Thank you to everyone at #BarcroftApartments :)

Don’t rent here as this place is not tenant friendly. The Ac/heat is only in living room and not entire place and when it gets hot or cold they charge you extra rent if you need to install your own ac/heat, raccoons and rats are outside buildings day and night, maintenance man will open your door without telling he come, rental office and property manager will not respond to emails or calls, laundry rooms close too earlier, rent goes up without being told it is, they allow predator towing company to tow even if car has parking label, the apartments are old and management is terrible. Front office are rude and treat you bad because of ethnicity. Office stopped accepting checks and portal doesn’t work and charges fee. Gates Hudson is bad. Can’t wait to move when lease over.

From the managers and assignment managers to the leasing office staff, everyone works together seamlessly to provide excellent service. They promptly reply to emails and phone calls and handle any concerns with care and efficiency. The team ensures that the apartments are well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone in the community. The neighborhood itself is safe, quiet, and ideal for long-term living. I genuinely appreciate the effort and dedication of the staff in making Barcroft a great place to call home.
