You absolutely do not want to live here. Had a one year lease on the echodale side which I rarely stayed in I wish I could go lower than one star. First flag the leasing agent knocked on my door for smoking a cigarette.Second was birds got in my furnace closet somehow through the roof and they literally asked "can't you just kill them" which I recorded some of the conversation. Third my car was towed twice in witch I had the pass in the window I just parked on the wrong side because there were no spots. That was it for me so when my lease was up I recorded my apartment and it was like no one ever lived there it was so clean. They took my security deposit and charged me with a lot of BS and say on top of the security deposit I owe them 3000 plus. Keep in mind even though I had a one year le

I am here on 10/25 a Saturday for my tour. I came to the leasing office 30 minutes early and nobody was here. UNPROFESSIONAL. I drove far to come here for a scheduled tour just for nobody to show up in the leasing office. I spoke to a resident and they said that the leasing office is always unprofessional like this.

My review is long overdue. I am appreciative of the staff at Barclay Square, particularly Randy M. in the Rental Office and Marlon and Walt in Maintenance. They have always been pleasant, personable, and have made sure they’ve done what they could to ensure my residing at Barclay has been comfortable and enjoyable. The complex is usually quiet and the rental office hosts a variety of activities and events for residents and others to enjoy! Thank you all! 😊

I've had the opportunity to live here for the past 6 years! Moved here during a major life transition! Staff has always been very kind and courteous! As long as you communicate effectively with them they will work with you! Maintenance team is very responsive! Head of Maintenance, Walt takes pride in the property and is very willing to help with any maintenance needs! My suggestion is to seek a top floor apartment if possible as the walls are somewhat paper thin and you can easily hear the neighbors above you!

1. Barclay Square Apartments allowed me to see the apartment two days before I moved in (after I signed the lease). As one of the staff members was showing me the apartment, I was told I couldn’t use heavy electrical equipment (tv, etc.) on one large portion of the living room wall or the electricity would go out. I asked the staff member if they planned to fix this before I moved-in, and I was told they had no intentions to fix it before or after I moved-in. 2. During my tour of the apartment complex I was informed that there were security cameras at the back of the property where the apartment was located. During my first few months, there was an attempted break-in in the apartment below me. Trying to get answers, I asked if we could access the cameras to see who tried to break in and w
