Who ever the old lady is at the front that take you guys calls needs way more training her ahh have no customer service skills I wish yall train these people before hiring smh !

This Apartment Complex was really nice and well managed until about 6 months ago when new management came. Maintenance is horrible and needs more training. (flooded our apartment trying to fix a leak). We were here for 13 years and had one of thee best apartments on this property. which was told by many of the previous management. The manager that is there now is horrible! She is never there or will tell her front desk assistant to tell us she's not there. When asked could we get corporate number because they were not handling the situation she would not give it to us. She is extremely unprofessional. My hope is that corporate contact me or my husband. I want to talk to them and let them know who they have representing their company.

They really care about their residents, they would do whatever they can to get the assistance you need. I love Ms. Michelle and Ms Smith!
