I don’t even know where to start but I would give cero stars if I could, first of all DO NOT MOVE HERE or you will regret it the whole time. we have lived in this apartments for over 3 years and when we moved in the apartment wasn’t ready to move in because a lot of things were damaged, they had us sign the contract without showing us the apartment saying that was company policy and I have regretted that since day one. cabinets messed up fans messed up plugs not working bathrooms in the worst condition including the exhaust fans filled with nasty stuff and roaches and I would not be done if I keep going. they never have enough maintenance and always tell you that their landlord does not provide them with the budget to fix things. our laundry room had an issue for over a year where all the

They are very unresponsive and will lie right to yourself and act as if they are willing to help. There are leaks coming from every which way, mold is growing and now AC units are going out and after 48 hours we still can’t get help because of weather. They will delete documents from Resident Portal and they put the corporate office number online so you will not be able to reach them during and emergency. Once they realize your lease is coming up they will no longer care. Not to mention I have a 4 month old that has to live here as well.

Currently live here. Both bathtubs don’t drain, haven’t been able to shower in our own apartment for 2 months now, thankfully have a friend who lets us shower at their place. Have put in multiple maintenance requests and either stated completed or cancelled with nothing being done. Maintenance is awesome here and do what they can but the company and office here is trash. Do not care about anything. Literally no grass or clean grass to take our dogs out comfortably. So many issues, where to start? First, the property was great until Vesta took over management from Case Associates. Since that transition well over a year ago, the property has declined and gone into disrepair. Staff is incapable, unprofessional, and generally does not care about tenants. I've been lied to about the reason for work orders not being addressed and even totally ignored, receiving no replies to emails. This issue got so bad that I notified corporate and include them in all my email interactions. Work orders are deleted from the system before completion, leaving tenants with no way of tracking a status. I lived here for almost 4 years. I should’ve left two weeks after wood damages done to the department and never repaired. I hounded them for over three years and never once they come in and fix the damage. I’m sure it was black mold caused under the damage and that’s why they did not want to repair it, there were several other storms that did damage to other parts of buildings And never once repaired. Their repairs need to be done to fences landscaping. All These landscaping situations cause flooding to the departments which happens on a very regular regular basis. Then there’s bugs if you get bedbugs, they’ll surge $750 for treatment and buy their own company. They do not tell their neighbors that they’re treating for bedbugs next-door.
