Barcelona Apartments

My fiancé and I have lived in the Barcelona apartments for about 6 months and have had the best experience. We love our unit and our neighbors are all so kind. Also, the manager Maddie is amazing to work with. If we need something fixed, she is extremely responsive and gets it taken care of right away!

I’ve lived in the Barcelona Apartments for a little over a year and honestly, the manager Maddie is what sold it for me. She was kind, helpful, and really took the time to show this apartment to me and help get me through all of the application process. It was one of the easiest moves I’ve ever done. The tenants in this building are quiet and very polite. They all greet you with at least a smile when you see them. The apartments are gorgeous, with brand new hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and your own washer and dryer! Did I mention the balcony? It’s a great size to put a bench out and read a book on or grill up some delicious food in the summer time. You just aren’t going to find this nice of an apartment in this neighborhood. The location is what sold me on the Barcelona. All the action of the NW and easy access to get around town. The building is clean and secure. Shopping and entertainment is all walking distance. The building manager Maddie has been great throughout my tenure. I just moved from my ground floor unit to a larger patio unit upstairs and it was a breeze.

I want to give a shout out to Maddie, the Barcelona Apts manager, and the maintenance crew lead by Charlie. They constantly give me 24 hour response on any issue. Why do I rent? Because I don't want to worry about all the annoying home maintenance. Thanks to the KBC staff at the Barcelona I don't. Good on you!
