Smooth, professional experience with Barb! Barb had an extensive knowledge of the properties in the area that were in our price range. She met us the same day that we reached out to her and showed us four or five houses! One house really stood out for us and Barb was very helpful in getting the wheels in motion. We put an offer in and the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Barb's recommendations for home inspectors, plumbers, pest control, etc... were VERY important in making our experience stress-free because we were new to the area and didn't know anyone. Things came full circle when we decided to sell our home. Barb was our realtor who helped us tremendously when we purchased our home. 10 years later when we decided to relocate we went right to Barb to sell our home. She helped us get a great price as well as be realistic with what we could list it for as well as suggestions along the way to help the sale.
