Banyan Reserve Senior Apartments

I leave in this community for around 3and a half year. Amenities are good. Maintenance supervisor always take care of request promptly. Buildings inside and outside are clean. I enjoy the pool and gym. Manager Maribel and staff are professional and friendly.

We were helping a disabled veteran move from her apartment and the maintenance guy proceeded to try and take our trailer off of the vehicle and then put his hands on one of us and called the cops to say that we hit him. I highly do not recommend that anybody elderly move into this place? There are several accounts where he is verbally and sometimes physically abusive with the residence and tries to push power so I would heat this and be careful when trying to come here as an elderly or disabled person.

I visit a friend here and it is a well kept very clean apartment complex. It is very fresh and welcoming just walking into the lobby. It is a very beautiful complex and the people there must be very happy as anyone I have encountered is cheerful and friendly.

Very nice property well groomed pool was nice and kept up and the residents are friendly
