I can’t say enough great things about Noel Rodriguez, the maintenance supervisor. He is truly a gem and such a huge asset to our community. Every time I’ve needed assistance, Noel has shown up quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. He genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work—whether it’s a small fix or a bigger issue, he handles it all efficiently and with a smile. What really stands out about Noel is his consistency. He doesn’t just do the job—he goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, respectful, and dedicated in their role. Thank you, Noel, for your hard work and for always making this place feel like home!

Banyan Hammock is by far one of the nicest properties that I’ve seen in Gainesville. Not only are they brand new but they are rent control so it’s affordable for all. The maintenance team is top-notch and handles all issues in an orderly manner. Very grateful for Banyan Hammock and the staff!

Zalene, Destiny, Glory and Ivan were so incredibly helpful getting my daughter settled in her new apartment. They timely followed up and made her feel very welcome. The apartments are new and well built with upgraded finishes. Take a look.

Whoever picked up the phone was sassy and rude. Told me a year waitlist for apartments. When i said I wasn’t interest anymore she just said Mm and hung up. I have family who lives here and thought it would be nice to live in the same area but not with this management.
