Banyan Cove Apartments

I applied to this apartment building because it fits my budget, but was denied because I supposedly make too much money, I never can't understand why these apartments go by your gross amount and not go by your take home amount, because in reality what you bring home is what your going to use to pay your rent and your additional bills. I think if one gets denied then the management company should refund you back the 85.00 you pay in application fee. Because the reason people look into renting in these types of apartments is because they can't afford 🙃 the expensive places. I make way below 50,000 and I can't afford to rent a place for 1200.00 that would be my entire paycheck. People need survive, not just pay rent.

My sister has been looking for an apt for awhile She was so excited to hear that she would be getting an apt that fits her budget. But when she arrived to the main office the secretary told her she didn't qualify. The application did not state that these apts were based on income. She barely made the cut off and they took the 85 dollars which is supposedly not refundable. This is false advertisement!! If she knew that she didn't qualify she wouldn't have applied. Beware of this company because they have people applying for these apts when they don't advertise the income requirements.

I’m relocating from upstate NY to Florida. I searched online and came across Banyan Cove 55+ Senior Apartments. Samalisse Morales is guiding me through the process. The reviews I have read are excellent. I can’t wait to join you all on January 8, 2026 I have to finish up with the paperwork. I’m really looking forward to the next chapter in my life.

Very disappointed in management. Very Judgmental and I guess you need to know someone to get into this place. Fell in love with it on line and had the perfect location. VERY strict on who lives there. Found somewhere else and feel we will be very happy there. Good luck for anyone looking to live here.

I have lived here since they opened 4 1/2 years ago and I am so grateful to be a tenant here the grounds are well taken care of the apartments or well taken care of and the people are like family
