Pleasant experience as far as neighborhood and neighbors, apartments needs upgrading yet rent went up after first year. I had a problem after hours with my water being shut off and management did not call me or leave a notice. I contacted the water department they stated I was not disconnected. The office is very hard to contact via telephone and if you leave a message with their answering service take days before someone responds or the wrong individual gets the message.
