Banning Management Inc

My car has been broken into numerous times in 4 years out there at Hidden Oaks Condos at 1950 Paine Ave. On Thursday February 12th 2026 it was completely stolen. No security no cameras to help. It’s ridiculous. The HOA president Kathy has cameras that point directly at the street and she still does not want to help with the issues. This is unsafe. I have numerous police reports of break ins and now a theft. There are kids in this area. People are literally stealing cars mid evening and NO ONE with authority tries to assist. We can literally walk outside while a theft is in progress and anything can happen and no one could identify a thing. This is not a safe community whatsoever and we need a resolution. Me and my landlord has made several complaints. Something need to be done.

Major slum lord come to Florida to bilk our HOA laws. We have rules in Sugar Mill. It has small streets. Do not park behind another's driveway. Actually our covenant prevents on street parking. This is what I have had to deal with for the last 3 years. Just one point. This place has become more slum like since they took over. If your looking for a management service, go with an ethical and honest one, not these guys.

I don't have a problem with the professionalism of the staff but I do have a problem with getting calls and violation letters that aren't for my property. Residents call and leave complaints and I get a call just to find out when I call my tenant or send someone by to look at it, it's not my property but someone else's. It's not the management companies fault that residents can't get the address correct, but they might want to ask them if they are sure that's the correct address or the company can send someone out to look before calling or sending violation letter/email. I have gotten more than one violation letter/call that was not my property and when you are not in the city it kind of shakes you up a little bit.

I have to call numerous times to speak with someone about property issues that are never resolved. Takes forever for someone to call you back and then they make excuses as to why the issue wasn’t addressed. This has been going on for years! Very disappointed!

Great job fixing the irrigation pipe outside my Unit, fixing my chimney cover and cleaning off the roof..Thanks Scott and Roberto
