Property manager at the Enclave Winghaven in Missouri is the rudest, most power hungry individual I have ever met. Management is unresponsive; management looks at tenants with price tags
They’re using the algorithms to price their apartments. Over the time I stayed with rent got so expensive that buying a 4br house with a 7 percent interest rate was cheaper than renting a 2br from them. That and they kept a huge chunk of my deposit for an issue that was existing when I moved in
