Today I came by after work to deposit money and get a money order. The teller was so rude. An older woman with longer, dark hair. She didn’t even say hello, just said “what are we doing?” I was immediately taken back and said hello? Good afternoon? I’m not one to be confrontational but she has TERRIBLE customer service and I was honestly shocked with the way she greeted me. I hope for the sake of the branch that she was having a bad day but regardless, it was very unprofessional. Not to mention the car next to me and myself had been waiting almost 10 minutes and even they were looking towards the window wondering where the help was. Very unimpressed.

I had a check for $10.09 from Benton REA, from January, but no where on this check does it say void after a certain amount of time, I even called REA and they said it's still good. Was broke so really needed to cash it, had to go there because REA's bank is this place. 2nd time I've tried to cash check there, both times turned down! For a mesely $10?! Seriously! I do NOT like this bank whatsoever, they're not very polite, seem snooty and stuck up. Will never, EVER enter that place again! Next time I'll try another branch in Tri-Cities, maybe they'll be more courteous and polite

I’m in my late 60’s. Over a lifetime, I’ve had a number of personal and business accounts at several different banks. Banner, in my experience, has been far and away the best bank for personal service and professionalism.

Moved to this bank cuz ppl where so nice and personable. but last two times horrible going to the drive thru so rude unfriendly . i hate my work check automatically deposits here .......after this review changing that auto deposit to hapo

Why wait 3 days for 5k, only to then wait 7 MORE DAYS for 2k. Been going here a while. And between recently charging me for printing paper and putting the most Redundant of holds on my check, this is the rating y'all have earned.
