Bank of the Sierra

one of the worse banks to deal with. they could never find documents even if you have ypur copies that they sent. been charge multiple time overdraft do on there behalf. said they'll correct it amd still charge me again. if you call them they jist hang up o you as we. get it together

So grateful for this branch of Bank of the Sierra. Lisa & Xavier have been the BEST examples of excellent customer service! They always make me feel so welcomed when I come to the establishment. Whenever I have a question or any type of problem, I can always rely on Bank of the Sierra (off Shaw) to make sure I'm taken care of!!!

This bank location provides excellent and personal service always geared towards my needs from the manager, Lisa and from all other present staff/tellers. Lisa and staff go above and beyond to make sure I know my business is valued by them, always kind, always thorough and ready to assist with any need I present! They’ve handled my personal and business accounts with professional care for 15 plus years. Absolutely a bank and employees you can count on and trust to do their absolute best for you!!

I love coming to this branch for all my banking needs, Lisa & all the staff is super helpful and very professional. They are always welcoming even if i walk in at 459pm with large deposit. Very grateful for 5 star service. Highly recommended to visit the branch and experience it yourself!

This review is specific to the First n Shaw Branch manager Lisa Y. She provided excellent, timely and knowledgeable service to me during a personal family situation that needed Bank assistance. While I am not currently a BOTS customer, I would certainly recommend Lisa for future potential customers.
