Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Miss Gloria was a ray of sunshine despite grouchy clientele, older customers who struggle with technology or people like me who just need more complex services explained a few times for comprehension. She and Miss Gloria were wonderful to work with. Thank you for all your assistance!

The customer service is mon existent. The financial adviser does not communicate with the client or other banks. It is a big disappointment. Been with this bank for over 39 years.

Every time I deposited a check they hold it for days up to 2 weeks I just can’t deal with that

I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Rhonda Scott. I drove in from Louisiana to handle an issue the corporate office said my elderly mother had to handle in person at a local BOA office. Well the closest BOA is 3 hours away. She has been a tremendous help and even though I will need to return with my mother we have gathered all the information prior to the visit so it should be a one time face to face from that point forward. I greatly appreciate you Rhonda and we will see you soon.
