This will trump everyone's reviews. I recently ended my employment with a company with a Merrill Lynch based 401k. Now, mind you, Bank of America owns Merrill Lynch, and the payout check I received was a Bank of America check. You would of thought the check was made of human feces when I brought it in branch. I didn't have an account, but my wife did....."sorry, no third party checks". We asked if I could be added....."you'll need to make an appointment, oh, and after that there's a 5 business day waiting period for the funds, possibly more". We decided to use my wife's chase account. I signed, she signed, deposited, available next day. Bank of America is trash, don't trust them with your hard earned money.
Staff was very helpful. That being said, the manager needs to make sure the walkways and entrance have been shoveled. Absolutely ridiculous
Bank of America they truly r rotten they put me on check system even when I showed paper work to clear my name now I can’t get a Bank Account any where they always only have one teller when u go inside and the lines are always so dam long they r the worst bank on history
Absolutely horrible. Online agent gave me a set of requirements needed to open an account in person. Went in person and there were a different set of requirements. Waste of time and gas. No accountability
They are RACIST, and rude. I had a certified check that was issued from Chesapeake VA, where I do all my banking I came to Michigan to visit family. I went to this branch to cash the check and reissue the remaining bank in check ask not to deposit it and they did anyway and said that's the company new policy. Went back a 2nd time to get money there was no one in the bank but me, they left me standing there for 10-15 minutes before waiting on me, while they were at the window looking at me. 3rd time go back to deposit my remaining to add with I had in my account and get another check for my money and was once again left standing until a couple with 1 small child, which was a different race enter then Lori decided to call next customer handed her my ID and check to deposit she stated that th
