Bank of America Financial Center

I don’t know of another bank where to meet with a bank teller you sit down there’s no standing up and doing a quick transaction. Very antiquated! A customer Ahead of me was visiting talking about his personal life with the teller while I’m standing there trying to finish paying up a car loan. All I can say is I’m so happy I don’t have to make any more car payments at that bank, I don’t know how they’re keeping up with the times.

We have an account with this bank for years and this location im particular seems to lack proper knowledge and training and makes doing anything with your OWN money such a hassle. Experiences with other locations have been way easier and seamless. Not sure why after so much time they cannot get it together. Need to put this location on our AVOID list...
