Bank of America Financial Center

I could give zero stars to this Bank of America or -0 stars I definitely would. This is the worst bank ever. I have been with this bank since before they were even Bank of America. Nothing but problem every single time I go to this bank I hate this bank. I hate this bank. I hate this bank.

BOA has room for improvement, remember it's your customers that keep the institutions functioning.You may want to view the outside area for proper care and security enhancement , your only secure as the community you service.

I was helped by Jorge at the entrance and he was very polite and helpful. While waiting in the lobby I was listening to him help other customers and I never seen any teller being so friendly and helpful to their customers. Great service Jorge

Looked up hours online and in app, then called to verify they were open before driving there - I needed an actual open location with the ability to get me a cashiers check. When I called I was put into a hold message then eventually a message stating that all associates were assisting other callers. Drive over there and when I arrive there’s a sign on the door stating it has been temporarily closed. It’s now too late to try another branch, and I don’t have any way of knowing if they are open or not. Called the customer service line and they have no info re it being closed either, just that they are allegedly going to reopen tomorrow but that means nothing at this point.

This bank always had the longest lines on weekends and in the evenings. Yet, they chose to close on weekends and evenings during their busiest hours. This is a blue collar community you need to provide hours that work for your community. Shame on you BOA! To top it off, your 800-customer service line if horrendous.
