Bandon River Apartments

Patty is terrible! She manipulates and bullies vulnerable elderly people into signing leases and refuses to let anyone go in her office as they sign behind a closed door. She is never available and when you finally do get ahold of her, she is extremely nasty and rude! Awful manager! The apartments aren’t really that nice and there is a urine smell throughout. I definitely do not recommend!

We went here to clean out my uncle's apartment as he had passed away. The manager there was very nice, and the other residents only had nice things to say about my uncle.

So frustrating that residents had to risk the life to get in there cars at Bandon River (over 65 community) most need community) most need walking assistance or too fragile. Believe me the pictures don’t do it justice. I spent 15 minutes trying to back out over huge ice hill. This is just one of many reasons why their type of management doesn’t belong in Idaho!

Great place for the older people that are living there. The apartments are nice and big and I am not sure if I could live there? I could try and live there and be closer to work. It's close to where I work.

Beautiful environment. Expensive even with this being a section 7 housing.
