My father was selling his property, and since he was sick with Covid and unable to travel, they arranged to have everything done by courier. They sent the documents, we signed them, and they sent us a check within a few days. So nice to work with.

We didn’t get a chance to close on the property we looked at. But these guys went above and beyond throughout the initial process. Their local knowledge proved to be extremely valuable.

Rude & Rigid. This place gouges you with ridiculously high closing fees and triple dips by screwing both the seller and buyer sides. The closing agent Jim Bethel was one of the most unprofessional closing agents I've ever encountered. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to handle your real estate title work.
