Tyrone is very Professional, Me and my Husband, have never had a problem. We have been sent to properties with lock box codes to view and all. He stays busy and gives many a second chance . Still searching for my home he’s working with us. Update 10/17/23 we found our home and the process was beyond Professional. Would Recommend and definitely have already done so. I feel like it’s a scam… So AFTER I paid the application fee and did the app, he gave me “his number” and it was a google voice number! I never got a call or email and left several messages. Here we are almost 3 months later and someone tried to use my info to apply for loans and a car🙄 if you’re new to Baltimore area just skip him! Oh and he is not a registered property manager! The license he has is for his boutique! I had to file a BBB complyand still currently waiting to get my app fee refunded for fraud. People work too hard for you to play with their dang on money and time! Thankful I found the real management company for the property he showed as his and got a better price and service. Look up all addresses on Redfin or Zillow he gives you.

I reached out to Mr. Price on a few occasions to relocate to Atlanta, GA, while also informing him of the sense of urgency. During my visit, Mr. Price had a customer asking about a bag she previously purchased and housing but as soon as she left... he turned to me and expressed how the customer was "broke and complaining about a small tear in a knock off bag, and asking for luxury housing though she was currently staying in a shelter and finances did not match"..... I requested my range not exceed 1200 but he insisted on showing properties "a little above". I have followed up on several occasions and but did not hear much of anything after the $50 application fee on 3/16/21. I was told id have to provide double security deposit as well as first months rent, but was not provided an addres

He is stealing hard earned money from people. Caution: He never give you the address of the property that is supposedly up for rent. He never gives an in person tour of the property. He asked you to put an application after application for different homes, and every excuse is the property is gone. This man is a scammer be careful! He got me for 150.

This is a scam!!!!!! I REPEAT TYRONE PRICE IS A SCAMMER!! He took my $50 and showed me NOTHING!! I had to show myself to an ABANDONED BLOCK PROPERTY!! He also sent me to a house without electricity and the owner still in the property!! This IS SCAM PEOPLE!! Report Him to the BBB LIKE ME AND OTHERS TO GET YOUR REFUNDS!!
