Ballston Park

DON'T RENT HERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. I moved out April 2025 and this poorly managed property refuses to do anything to remedy that fact that I still haven't received my security deposit. Unorganized and have given me no reason to believe I'll ever see that money again. On top of that, my 4 years living here can be summed up with crime filled neighborhood, shootings in my parking lot, disruptive neighbors, and ant problems, which the property failed to assist with. Rent prices here aren't even a deal for what you're getting. You'll be much happier spending a little extra with a competent property. Good luck to everyone else there.

Update: Following pest control treatment, there’s been a substantial decrease in roach activity. I have seen about two small ones since they came and did treatment (around 2 weeks ago). Maintenance has responded promptly to requests to caulk areas where there were gaps which I think has been helpful as well. Outside of the pest issues, my unit is spacious, walls are thick, and staff and maintenance are kind and understanding. Having free parking, in-unit laundry, microwave, garbage disposal, central AC/heating, etc. at a reasonable price is very hard to find in this area. Most units are within walking distance to the Ballston metro as well. I love Nikea, she did an outstanding job finding us an apartment. I was mean to her then she forgave me. She is excellent. It’s true she’s great. We love our new home.

I lived there for a while, and when I moved out, I left the apartment in the best possible condition. They checked it and sent me messages to my Gmail account saying how much of my deposit they would return. These people are rude and liars; they have the worst customer service. They didn't return my money—they stole it—and they still treated me badly. The apartments are old and full of animals.

We love living at Ballston Park. We've been here for over 3 years and have found maintenance incredibly responsive, the office staff kind and willing to work with us, and the neighbors wonderful. It's in a great location because it's right by a neighborhood but easy access to Ballston Quarter and the metro. Would highly recommend for families, young professionals, and just about anyone else, too.
