I just recently moved out of the house I was renting for 3 years under this property management company. Their rates were extremely fair and the property i was at was perfect in just about every way possible. As per our landlord, John Ozgunduz. He was by far the best landlord that I have ever had when it comes to renting a living space. He is super friendly, very easy to chat with and extremely professional. His response time to any texts or calls was impeccable. He would basically respond immediately every time, me or my roommate would reach out to him. When we had issues with the house, like clockwork, he either came out himself or had some hired hands to fix the issue. My experience with Ballo Realty Property Management Group has been great. I spoke with a several different property managements. Their level or professionalism, organization, and quality of service sold me on BRPM. John spent good amount of time going through the leasing process, all relevant information, and answering all of our questions. They have listed both of our properties and found a qualified tenant quickly. John and his team really made all smoothly and I highly recommend Ballo Realty Property Management group.

They have been managing my property over 2.5 years. John and his team is very professional, respectful, and detail oriented. I highly recommend John and Ballo Realty Property Management. John did a great job listing my home in Cary and we were under contract in a month. John is prompt, professional, and really took the time to explain each step of the process to us. He was quick, responsive and clear out details of the deal to be finalized.
