Michael and his team recently finished work on my DADU, which I could not be happier with. It’s the first time I’ve had a distinct office space and it’s made a huge difference for my productivity. The space makes me so happy and came out even better than I imagined! Very pleased and enjoyed working with Michael and his crew.

We did a full remodel, basically creating a new house. Mike worked with us through everything. I would not hesitate to recommend him and have already done so multiple times.

Great experience, spectacular crew and stellar work! We purchased our Mini Office to be built off site back in August 2022, so we had to find a contractor to install a gravel pad and run conduit to the mini office from our house for power and internet. Michael from BBC came out, provided a quote, and then his team started the work. They were in constant communication with us, so we knew where we were in every step of the process. They were friendly, super knowledgeable and realistic; they by FAR exceeded my expectations. Not only did BBC provide quality work but they completed the project well ahead of the delivery of the mini office, alleviating a lot of stress on our end. Contracted Michael for a job that he estimated to cost $25,000 & finish in 2.5 weeks. Project took 7.5 weeks & cost $50,000. Michael’s standard response to his shifting estimates was “it will be finished in a couple more days”. Unfortunately the quality of his work is mediocre. The electrical was not done to code and we are having to redo it. Michael was unresponsive once his bill paid & went radio silent. His crew also left a good amount of junk in the yard which we had to haul ourselves.
