Jason went out of his way to meet us for a home inspection on a weekend. He knew we had a urgent deadline and he had a vacation coming up and he went out of his way to meet us on what should have been his personal time. He's very determined and well informed. Upon arrival, he talked us through the inspection process and what to expect. He checked in with us periodically to explain his observations and how to proceed and answered any questions we had. We are first time home buyers, so we were very nervous about the process. We left feeling confident with our results and we can thank Jason for that. Jason was fantastic from the beginning! After another inspector did an inspection with incredibly high air quality report without explanation and then did not provide what I needed per NY State for an assessment for remediation only to disappear. Jason stepped in and gave me the best professionalism and expert service. Then to have my (VERY detailed) report come back well under the previous reporting of extremely bad air quality. His attention to detail and explanation is beyond what I expected. He ensured everything was explained thoroughly and made sure I did not have any questions left. He gave me comfort knowing that I could trust him even just reading through his website with detailed explanations and sample reports. I would 10/10 recommend him to others! Thank you!
