Dave Jentz at Balboa Realty did an amazing job helping my husband and I complete our new home purchase. We had an especially interesting escrow, with travel requiring one of us to be out of the country for several weeks. I am an out of town investor and couldn't ask for a better company to have keeping my cash flow up and protecting my property investment. I have two investment property being managed by Balboa Realty. They have always kept me informed of anything going on with the property. They have been very efficient in getting the tenants screens and keeping the properties fully occupied.
