If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is one of the worst places to rent. The building is extremely dirty and management does not take care of basic maintenance or cleanliness. They constantly make excuses instead of fixing problems. My sink has been clogged for weeks and no one has come to fix it, which makes something as simple as washing dishes very difficult. Issues in the building are ignored and nothing ever seems to get resolved. On top of that, we even had another tenant pull a knife on us after they were blocking the driveway, and It’s very concerning that situations like that are not taken seriously. Overall, management does not seem to care about the condition of the property or the safety and well-being of the tenants. I would not recommend renting here.

just wanted to say thank you (David and Enrique) for helping us out with the alarms that wouldn’t stop going off and the clogged sink. We really appreciate that you sent someone right away and even came by yourself to make sure everything was okay. Unfortunately, a lady named Marijel (or Mayirel) treated my mom and me very rudely, but we’re grateful for your help and professionalism. Cindy is a really nice lady too. thank you guys.
