Building 3 is infested with roaches can’t speak for the other buildings, live here at your own risk ⚠️ despite pest control coming weekly for over 5 months the roach problem was never resolved. Management didn’t allow us to transfer to a different building. We unfortunately had to bring our newborn daughter into this situation and had to throw away her unused baby mattress since we found a roach inside the damn plastic packaging 🙃 it was an absolute nightmare having to deal with this infestation. The day before we moved out we found a baby roach in the bathroom so if there’s a baby there’s 1,000 more lurking around. Neighbors constantly smoked weed which was annoying since the smell would come in through the vents they also occasionally fought at 2-3 in the morning. Overall was a terrible

There are better options elsewhere for the price! Cons 1. Neighbors are extremely loud most of them are young so that is to be expected 2. The pests! I have seen cockroaches in the hallway of my building not yet in my apartment unit but that doesn’t make it any better 3. My ac was broken during the summer and it took forever to get fixed 4. It’s way to expensive for the area The only pro is the parking is decent and they have small activities for young children but there being cockroaches is a huge red flag 🚩

I have lived here almost 2 years. I am moving at the end of next month. There are a few reasons. 1.) The building maintenance had gone way down, it used to be nice, but I walk down the stairs and there is food on the stairs and right by the front door. Ants gathering by the door. 2.) Smoking in the building. Every day when I come home I smell cigarette Smoke. And I know that my next door neighbor smokes pot in the house, it comes through the vent in my bathroom. 3.) Rent Increase. I have enough medical issues that I feel I am constantly broke without have more than 60% of my net paycheck to rent (almost $1600) for a little one bedroom apartment. I just cannot afford to live here. 4.) New neighbors moved in downstairs, and the blinds look like someone tried to crash through the

I came in and Angelica showed me a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. She worked with me all morning answering my crazy questions and Helping me apply. Angelica is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. She made the process easy and stress free. In the end I chose not to rent here for personal reasons. But when I am ready to move, this will definitely be my first stop. The complex is clean and quiet which Is really nice. Thank you Angelica for all your help. You really are awesome.

About a month ago the managers decided to fire the best maintenance person we have had for the past four years and now I have numerous pictures of how the property grounds have been cared for in the past month and it's horrendous! Really wish they wouldn't have got rid of Michelle Martinez as maintenance groundskeeper she did everything that needed to be done when it needed to be done I don't understand the issue now there has been pooped bags all stuffed in the trash cans piled high and falling on the ground... Requested a faucet for my sink and in the kitchen and it still has not made its way here today I requested for them to come and change the batteries on my front door fob don't know when that's going to happen I just know when I used to request these things when Michelle worked they
