Are you prepared to go on an adventure in slumlordery? This is the company to rent from! Roofs with huge leaks that stay unfixed for months and months only for an obviously shoddy patch. Who knows what could be festering. Painted over water damage, garbage in hallways, carpet that hasn't been replaced or probably even shampooed since the 70's, and bolted shut windows are but a few of the joys to experience when renting from Baker Management! They'll charm you in the beginning, but don't buy into their charade. Some photos have notes, others speak for themselves.

I really appreciated my time with Baker Management Group. I lived in the 2622 3rd Ave S location, and only have good things to say. The space was fantastic, amazing refinished hardwood floors, and original finishes kept in tact. Management was very responsive and timely. I had an issue with my fridge when I initially moved in, I reported it to maintenance and the next day I had a brand new fridge installed. I would highly recommend living in one of their properties.

I have lived in a Baker managed property for almost 5 years and I love them! They are quick to respond to any request, have a professional cleaning team maintain the common area's and are committed to their tenant's enjoying a safe place to live. Beside's all of those qualities, I really appreciate the architecture of these vintage apartments. Spacious, with walk in closets and built in shelves and drawers. I feel lucky to have this place. Great price for the square footage too!

The staff is friendly and always take care of issues within a week. They made sure to always let me know when they were going to be doing maintenance. Whenever I reach out with questions or requests, they respond within a business day. The rent is great for the size of the apartment and the location. You can tell they care about their tenants. I've lived with them for over a year and plan to stay with them for quite some time.
