Baker 38 Apartments

I lived at Baker 38 for over a year, and my experience has been great! The cost of the apartment is very reasonable for the area. There are QFC, Home Depot, Light rail, many parks, and even Lake Washington are within walking distance. Angie, the property manager, has been fantastic! Thank you!

Trevor & the maintenance crew are a true blessing! Moving into a new spot always comes with some challenges and my experience was no exception - heater was broken & a new process for key hand off led to a minor inconvenience. However, Trevor + team handled everything quickly & professionally, ensuring I was set up comfortably in no time. On top of that, they worked with me every step of the way given my credit had been hurt getting out of a sticky situation. The staff is incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly cares about their residents. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and well-managed community!

Moved in October and so far love it. Trevor, the property manager, has been great to work with - very responsive to questions, needs, and concerns. Love the location - 10 minute walk to the light rail, if that, and very walkable.

I haven't lived here, but viewed the unit and applied. I loved the space, and it was a pleasure to work with the property manager. Trevor helped us with a tour of the space, answered every question we had, and helped us through the application process. He was proactive in asking about what our needs and non-negotiables were, and was generally very accommodating. Thank you!

I was looking to move cross country and I stumbled upon baker 38 it is a really beautiful property with such a nice view. I was looking for months and communicating through different timezones was such a hassle Sierra at PeakLiving definitely was a godsend. Sometimes there would be breaks in our communication that made me anxious through the process but ultimately she got me into the unit that I wanted at the price we agreed upon so it all worked out pretty great. I also met the maintenance man for this property and he is pretty great. Im anticipating that it might take a minute for them to get to certain maintenance claims so that could potentially be an issue. But ultimately im looking forward to living here and being apart of the community. Also the ac unit doesn't work but thats not so
