Bairsford Place Apartments

I see they keep taking my review off because I am telling the truth. The owner is very disprectful. I will keep putting up my review and I will keep checking back to see if my review is still up. There are so many things I can say about the owner. Even the property management asked me to keep quiet, I was forced to because I was behind on payments due to losing my job. So I had no choice but to keep quiet. I moved in before the current owner took over. and he is very misleading. I had a screen on my door to have air come through and one day I came home and it was gone, I asked the owner where was my screen, he said it is in the dumpster go and get it! BY LAW they are suppose to give you 24 hours to remove anything they don't want from the property AND it must be in writing! (This is t

The rental company was very helpful but the landlord gave us misleading information about the application process. After making him aware of our first time rental history and no credit he stated that we would totally be fine since we have a dependable job. He proceeded to give us an application and even showed us the apartment. Under the impression he gave us we proceeded to apply only to be rejected for the obvious. We dont blame the rental company but our time was wasted due to the misleading information the landlord gave us. I hope communication between the two can be more clear so situations like these can be avoided.

I've lived in BairsfordArms for almost 8 years now it's cool for real! Never had no issues! I like the placement of the apartments Im close to anything I could need! I do wish that after 5 years or so the would offer carpet cleaning or new blinds or something, but I just did my own walls and carpet so we good!

Rental company is great! Landlord very responsive and keeps the place clean. Just the people that are moving in are ruining the atmosphere. Other than that it;s super convenient and ducked off.
