Bainbridge Ponte Vedra

We just moved in this past week and the service has already been above and beyond. The management is professional, super friendly and always eager to help. The whole complex is taken care of so well — it feels more like a pristine resort. On top of that, the maintenance team has been amazing. There was an issue with our washer that was preventing us from using it — instead of making us wait over a week to order a part, Tavin and Pablo immediately brought us a new washer. They were very professional and a huge help. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes that had the complete opposite level of service, so it’s a breath of fresh air to have this experience in only the first week. Thank you Tavin and Pablo!

I can't say enough about Bainbridge Luxury Apartments in Nocatee, FL. After touring the 4 main apartment complexes in Nocatee, Bainbridge was by far the best option. Being a new development with amazing amenities the choice was an easy one. The ladies in the leasing office are great and made the entire application and move in process seamless. They were attentive to all my questions and responded back to me via a call, text or email within in minutes of contacting them. The maintenance staff is equally impressive as well. Although I have not had to request their service for an issue, I see them always working on something and keeping the Bainbridge community looking amazing and running smoothly. Just finished moving our son into Bainbridge Ponte Vedra and cannot say enough about the staff at Bainbridge. Starting with Adriana, who was our original tour guide, to the all of the office staff and grounds personnel. They were extremely helpful and a delight to work with. The complex is less than 2 years old and remains in fantastic shape. You can tell they take pride in making the facilities a welcoming place to call home. If you’re interested in a place in the Nocatee area….look no further. Bainbridge won’t disappoint.

We just love living here. The office staff is awesome. They are friendly happy, and always smiling. I asked what lightbulbs to buy, next thing I know the maintenance man is here to install new lightbulbs. The pool is perfect, I feel like I'm in the Bahama's water is heated and hammocks and Palm trees, I could go on and on. The dog park is huge far enough to throw the ball for a good game of fetch. You really need to come see for yourself. And don't forget your dogs!

Thank you to Bainbridge apts for making my transition from NJ to FL much easier. We have lived in NJ most of lives and moved to Nocatee over the summer. Always lived in a house, but moving to an apt and the warmth of Florida was going to be a big change. BOY it has been!! Bainbridge apts are beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. We first met Adrianna last March when we got a tour and fell in love with Bainbridge just like a resort living. Our puppy Oso is enjoying it here too. Adrianna and all the staff have been very friendly and inviting. Would highly recommend Bainbridge apts in Nocatee.
