So far I’ve enjoyed my new apartment. Sade was very patient and answered all questions that I’ve had. She is very professional and helpful. Halima has also been a great help. Maintenance resolves everything in a timely manner. The staff overall has made living here easier.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Bainbridge at Market Commons. The community was great, and the location was incredibly convenient. However, a few issues made the monthly cost feel like it didn’t quite match the value. While the main complex and clubhouse were aesthetically pleasing, the apartment itself had some shortcomings. When I moved into my brand-new unit, there were several spots on the walls that needed touch-ups, but I was told I had to fix them myself. The overall build quality felt rushed—an issue with construction rather than management. A recurring frustration was the recessed lighting, as nearly all of the fixtures had to be replaced within my 14-month lease. Additionally, my refrigerator kept tripping and shutting off while I was away (I work 24-hour shifts), and maintenance’

Living here was a mixed experience. The facilities and amenities are very nice, and the maintenance team is outstanding. The management office was less pleasant to interact with. The manager who showed us the apartment was great, but by the time we moved in he was gone. There was some additional turnover in subsequent months. The office staff we ended up working with most were often either patronizing or passive aggressive. At one point we were berated for not responding to messages about lease renewal—which the assistant manager had sent through a third-party platform and never confirmed we received (we didn’t). What a wonderful complex! I feel like I just got lucky. Everything is brand new and super modern. The management team is amazing—huge thanks to Erica and Shade for all your help. The service staff does an excellent job, they're very friendly and professional; any issues were fixed literally the next day after reporting them. I hope this level of service continues forever. I highly recommend Bainbridge Market Commons to all my friends and acquaintances!

The apartments are equipped with very cheap, outdated, and low-quality appliances. Tenants are expected to cover the costs of repairing or replacing these poor-quality items. After I moved out, I was charged $190 for a bedroom blind that was extremely fragile and broke within the first month of my tenancy. Despite explaining this, management refused to consider my argument. I do not recommend this place, as they do not trust tenants’ accounts and send bills to a debt collection agency immediately.
