If you've been questioning whether or not to live at Bainbridge Cary, hopefully this review helps you make that final decision. My fiancé and I made the first big move in our lives from the Northeast to North Carolina and were naturally nervous! Shay provided us the support and assurance we needed throughout every step of the application process, answering question after question (with several repeated questions). Every single reply was threaded with kindness and respect, despite my repetition. My skepticism and hesitancy with committing to Bainbridge were all the negative Google reviews. However, the professionalism and welcoming energy we were met with by Shay combined with perfect location (imo) gave us the confidence we needed to take a chance on this place and we're so happy we did.

The first week we came to Cary, we visited approximately 16 communities to move into. While we were about to make a deal with an another place, we noticed Bainbridge on the way. Tamara hosted us so well. First of all, I would like to thank her very much for her attentive approach and helpfulness. Emily and Adrienne were also very kind. Together with maintanence team, they responded all our questions and guided us. The houses are extremely useful, stylishly designed with high quality and have a great common area. It's great to be close to Cary Downtown and many nice shopping spots. Our son is also very happy to live here. We feel very lucky to be one of the first residents of this community and to choose to live here.

I had the pleasure of touring Bainbridge Cary with Ebony Young, and she was absolutely fantastic! Ebony was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to live here. Her friendly personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and her attention to detail really stood out—she highlighted not just the features of the apartment, but also the community amenities and nearby conveniences. Ebony made sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident about the next steps. If you’re considering Bainbridge Cary, I highly recommend asking for Ebony. She made the process smooth, informative, and stress-free!

I am disappointed in how the management handles everything. I have been holding myself back from leaving a review because i was trying to be patient and understanding but looks like the more you keep quiet the more the management thinks they can get away with. Firstly - i have been here for over 7 months and i can’t wait to leave once my lease ends. I wanted to extend my lease initially but i don’t have the time and energy to deal with snobbish management people or waste money at a place who do not value the tenants. As posted by someone earlier, the trash is always a mess and disgusting all over the place. The management does not care at all if you call them, i have at many times talked about my disabled neighbor in the past and they have laughed and joked about her, this shows how in

Leif the manager does not to see to care about concerns that happen in the community. Will not reply emails or call back or is never in the office. ***UPDATE: Its the random “Reserved Events at the Clubhouse “ The wedding reception at the apartment complex and graduation party? All of these non- residents using our amenities? Where’s the luxury in that. Let’s just open the entire community to the whole City! This place is going downhill Leif. Get it together. Any 5 star reviews are from the staff. Keep the one stars going. Its the train at 2 am in the morning passing by, the “stellar” 5 star Google review by the manager and everything electrical not working the nail on the coffin for this “Luxury Community” We are full, please don’t move here, no parking, they cant handle the maintenanc
