Bainbridge Avenues Walk

I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year and a half and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I’m only leaving because I’m getting orders elsewhere. The staff is really nice, very professional, and super responsive. I would recommend anyone to live here.

Mali is welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property. When she gave me a tour she helped me image myself living there…it helped that she was extremely personable as well. The property is spacious, clean and invites relaxation. I love the amenities available to residents such as grills, a pool, gym, running path and so much more. Thank you for a wonderful experience Mali, I look forward to moving in soon!

Very gorgeous community with beautiful living spaces. The leasing team is amazing, especially Mali! She’s extremely helpful, a great problem solver, and provides excellent customer service. I lived at Bainbridge for a year, my experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The office and maintenance team are truly outstanding, by far the best I've encountered. I had a couple maintenance emergencies including one on Christmas and one in the middle of the night and the maintenance team was always there promptly and with a positive attitude. They've set a new standard for what a maintenance team should be. The community grounds are always clean, and every maintenance request I submitted was addressed within hours. The office staff is incredibly accommodating and I will genuinely miss them. My apartment itself was spacious and exactly what I was looking for, especially with the option for no carpet. My favorite feature was the spacious closet space and roomy laundry

Such a beautiful place. Judy did an amazing on cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment. The floors are sparkling clean. The pool here is gorgeous! I wish I would spend more time there. All the staff here is very friendly. I like how Judy keeps the hot chocolate and coffee machine stocked up too.
