Bailee is literally one of my favorite Realtors to work and honestly just talk with. She's always ready to serve her clients with care. I was a lender on a deal with her and a pipe break came up in the home due to extreme cold in GA. This lady ran to every Home Depot in her area to take care of the flooring while the contractor fixed every pipe for a SMOOTH closing on a home. Talk about effort.
