Confused by the poor ratings. We ordered a playset through Costco and it was installed by Backyard Products. They were excellent about scheduling an installation date within a couple of weeks, and had no issue rescheduling me to a later date when I called the office. I got confirmation emails and someone from the office called me the week before. My installer, Cy, texted me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He finished the job (in the rain) in less than 1.5 days and was so professional and kind. He did what would've taken us many weekends to do. I also received a call after installation to ensure I was happy with the job. Thank you Cy and Backyard Products!

RUN don’t walk from this company. Lowe’s/costco need to drop this fly by night subcontractor. Your product will be months late (if installed) at all

Zero stars! Do not use- fly by night ‘subcontractor’ hires off marketplace. Does not deliver products. Every individual in office lies. $10,000 purchase months late. Now i have to spend my time suing this awful company

This is the most horrible company to ever deal with. We ordered a swing set from Costco and all they had to do was deliver it. We had a delivery date set, I waited all day for it. It never came. They promised us that it would be the first delivery on the truck the next day. I called them first thing in the morning to double-check that it was going to arrive. Literally spent over 2+ hours total on the phone with these people. Their staff had no clue ,who the driver was, where the driver was, when they were going to show up. They could not even locate the driver on their own system or communicate with a driver. Even though they promised that we would be the first delivery And they loaded the truck themselves apparently. This may be the absolute worst company to work with. Not only do, they lack internal communication they lack communication with their customers. They are rude They are clueless And After changing my delivery date, literally five times they finally hired a third-party, Who threw the playset in the back of a pick up truck and proceeded to dump it in my driveway. They also refused to refund what I paid for Assembly despite that they were unable to assemble it for almost 4 months after I purchased. This company is horrible. Please save your time your energy effort and your money and Shop elsewhere
