Please advise all who schedule showings for 509 E Dinkins Canton Ms that there is a family currently living there. The floor in living area was not fixed but essentially covered up which you can tell when you step on it. There’s also someone on oxygen in one of the rooms if they are still there. The realtor did not inform my realtor that this home was being lived in. I was the first to enter the house and was shocked to see a child running around inside. It appeared the residents were also shocked. There was no communication from this listing agent. My husband and I would highly advise to not work with her. This was completely embarrassing to walk around the home with all their belongings everywhere. It was also a waste of time and disrespectful of listing agents part. Not professional at

Considering the fact when we called about some property the owner had absolutely no clue what we were talking about. I told him “well it’s got your sign on it”. His response was well idk unless I’m looking at it.
