Homeowner BEWARE! DEMAND A CONTRACT. I believed a handshake was good in the Poyen area. I was wrong. This supposedly, “godly” contractor offered and promised a lot, but did not deliver. Quoted price; to lay cinder blocks and fill with mortar. They did lay the cinder blocks, some were beyond level, however they DID NOT fill the blocks with mortar as promised. Contractor was unapologetic. (The contractor) Chad attempted to give unsound engineering excuses why the blocks should not be filled with mortar, regardless of our agreement, yet demanded full payment. The (contractor) Chad had a temper and threw tools and was defensive and aggressive. In short, paid him and his crew leave. Super nice, “I believe in god” at first, difficult and Satan greed on the back-end. I do not give bad reviews u
